Recommendations on keeping fish

  • Because most of the fish are in the river to reproduce, I would recommend catch and release to keep our fishery healthy.

Do we clean the fish?

  • If you choose to keep fish we will clean all the fish and bag them into gallon-sized bags.

What payment types are accepted?

  • All major credit cards along with cash and checks are accepted.

Do you need a fishing license?

  • Yes, buy your fishing licenses online directly through the Michigan DNR or you can purchase them at most sporting goods stores. 

What is a customary tip?

  • Typically a 20% tip is customary. However, this is based solely on your experience.
